Victor and Amby grew up together as family friends, got married, and have been blessed with Joel, their incredible son!

Even though they grew up in families centered around ministry, their hearts for God's mission was kindled in college, where they both served in various leadership roles in church and campus ministry. As they chased their graduate and post-graduate degrees on two different continents, God began to birth purpose in their hearts—a passion for seeing people be all God has called them to be in Jesus. This seed budded into a passion for building a place and space where people encounter God and live an overflowing life in Jesus Christ. Thus, The Well Church was born.
